Canada: 1–2 business days
United States: 3–5 business days
Europe & United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
International: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Processing times, alterations, and production times for custom-made or special-order gowns are not included.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For urgent orders or express shipping inquiries, please contact Emerald Couture before placing your order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Emerald Couture, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to feel confident and beautiful in every gown you purchase.

We offer a 7-day exchange for sizing. Requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order or collecting your dress.

To qualify, dresses must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please note that custom-made gowns, special orders, pre-orders, and altered dresses are final sale and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

We do not offer monetary refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All exchanges are subject to availability.

To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your dress.
